INVERSION LAYER
Inversion Layer is an eleven track ambient album and the second full length instalment from Silence and The Unwinking Minds. Over the course of two years, the album was composed outside a computer with a small modular synth set up, a sampler and a tape machine. The foundation of many of the songs evolved from heavily manipulated string samples, which were warped and smeared through granular synthesis. Inversion Layer is available digitally and on a limited edition cassette through Mystery Circles.
